What we collect

• Email address - when you unlock an analysis, request a report, contact a partner service, or set up deal alerts. We store it together with the analysis context you submitted (property figures, city/district), so we can respond meaningfully.
• Payment data - payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the purchase reference, product, and the email Stripe reports back.
• Local storage - your unlock status and purchases are remembered in your own browser (localStorage), not in an account.

What we do with it

• Send you the deal alerts you subscribed to (paid feature; opt-out anytime via reply or Contact).
• Follow up on service requests you explicitly made (financing, legal check, property search, relocation).
• We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt) and the site is hosted on Netlify. Emails are sent via Gmail.

Market data

Market statistics shown on this site are aggregated medians computed from publicly listed asking prices. We do not republish individual listings or personal data of sellers.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time via the Contact link in the footer. We delete lead and alert data on request without conditions.
